Changing Your Body From the Inside: The Process
Initial Consultation
Your journey begins with a 1-to-1 consultation. We discuss your current fitness level, goals, preferences, and any challenges you’ve faced in the past. This step helps to create a tailored program that fits your unique needs.
Personalised Programme Design
Based on the consultation, I will design a custom 12-week workout plan. Your program is crafted to gradually increase in intensity, keeping you motivated while pushing you towards your goals. Each workout is thoughtfully structured to combine dynamic and static exercises for a balanced approach.
Programme Delivery & Set-Up
You’ll receive your program through our interactive ‘anytime, anywhere’ app so you can work out wherever you are, on your schedule. The app houses everything you need—weekly workout plans, video demonstrations, written guides, and progress tracking tools. We’ll also walk you through the app so you can confidently begin your journey.
Using The App
The app platform has numerous other useful functions to support your health and fitness pathway such as nutrition tracking, weight/measurement tracking, habit reminders & more.
Weekly Updates & Adjustments
Each week, I will provide updates with new workout routines that align with your progress, regularly checking in to ensure your program stays relevant and effective, and making any necessary adjustments based on your feedback and performance.
On-Going Support & Maintenance
Throughout the 12 weeks, you are not alone. I will provide support to keep you motivated, answer questions, and address any challenges. The goal is to ensure you not only complete the program but also see measurable results in strength, endurance, and overall fitness.
